Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking; the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the activity date.
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellations 61 days before incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 60 days before the activity date are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend all guests take out personal cancellation insurance to cover unexpected changes or emergencies.
Åsgård Wilderness Farm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests may choose a vaucher or a rescheduled date.

Participants must be in good physical health and able to follow all instructions from our guides.
Dog sledding: Minimum age 12 (with adult supervision).
Hiking, woodworking, and treehouse stays: Minimum age 5 (with adult supervision).
Please inform us in advance of any relevant health conditions, pregnancy, or mobility limitations.

Participation in outdoor and wilderness activities carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury or, in rare cases, death, especially if safety instructions are not followed.
All participants must comply with the guides' directions at all times to ensure their own safety and that of others.
Failure to follow instructions may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.

Respect for our dogs, guides, other guests, and nature is expected at all times.
Smoking and open flames are prohibited in cabins, near equipment, and in or around the kennel area.
Participants are responsible for any damage to property caused by negligence or failure to follow rules.

Åsgård Wilderness Farm maintains general liability insurance but does not provide individual accident, travel, or cancellation insurance.
Each participant is responsible for obtaining their own travel, health, and accident insurance before arrival.
We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings during your stay or activities.

We may take photos or videos during your visit for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed or filmed.

Åsgård Wilderness Farm reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will apply to all new bookings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Innlandet County.
